Most of the “men” on here are false. I constantly get emails from this site that they are investigating someone or I am in contact and it is always I am not on this site alot send me your phone, number, I am writing for a friend, my membership is up tomorrow. They are all fake. It is a waste of your time and money

You can never reach them. You can’t report a sleazebag on their site, and that is ALL you will encounter. Their website states: “go here to report someone,” but will not route you. “Fill out this form” to complain, and no form pops up. I reported them to the FBI! They hook scammers up with victims and you pay $200 to be lied to non-stop. What a nightmare.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Expensive no payment plan. Mostly far away from me. Waste of time.

I barely get to see pictures, either it doesn’t load or I only see tons of people without pictures. Sometimes I have to close and open the app multiple times in order to even get into my messages. It says it’s for people 30 and over, it’s more like 50 and over. What a complete waste of money! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

8 out of 10 contacts that contacted me I was informed shortly after that they are scammers with fake profiles. It’s the worse dating site I’ve joined especially after paying for it. The app doesn’t work well either. They need to do proper verification before allow profiles to be seem.

Keep taking money out of my account when it’s set NOT to renew! No contacts in my area. Total waist of time and money. Very hard to contact them. If I do not get a refund I’ll seek legal advice.

This is a scam which posts fake or disturbing profiles & you have no way of browsing! They only let you see the profiles they select! IT’S TERRIBLE, DON’T JOIN THIS!

I have yet to have a match in the same state as where I live and not one of their so called matches will reply to me.When I requested a refund I received a runaround and still don’t have the information I need to get a refund from them.

The worst that ive ever got to experience. From people quality, unfriendliness of the app, unfiltered offensive profiles, blank profiles, profiles totally opposite of what you ask or hope for. Question is, everyone’s complaining about the same things, all true, but how can we solve the issue, at least if we lost the money others won’t. Could they be banned? It was the only transaction my CC asked me to confirm this purchase… go figure. Couple of weeks into it n already anxious how could i cancel successfully n erase the profile…who owns this company n what makes their practice legal?

Don’t waste your time. This site is offering up singles that do not even live close to me. This morning I got a match that lived 366 miles away. Most of the matches that how up are in states next to mine. I cancelled.

This site is a complete rip off and there was absolutely nothing special about the platform or the matches. Many employ profiles, was unable to control the distance (minimum is 50 miles!). Customer service refused to address my concerns and instead just kept sending me useless advice, such as I should ask matches to upload photos! I don’t think so.

First of all, they scam you to sign up, tell you that you have a time period to cancel. You can’t cancel or delete the account. There is no one in your radius to date. You can’t select filters to keep people from other countries or provinces messaging you or old men for that matter. Password never worked. You would have to re-set it every time. You can’t even delete their account. There are sooo many technical issues. This app is a piece of crap.
